Our one-off courses and events offer you the chance to explore specific themes in greater depth, building on the practical approach of our weekly classes. They range from monthly half day courses to in-depth weekend courses and beginner-friendly weekend retreats in the countryside. Together they give a helpful way to pause, reflect, and strengthen your meditation experience in a more focused setting.
