  • No Exploring Buddhism classes in July & August - classes resume in September

    Kadampa temples are a meditation we can walk inside. In these classes we will explore the meaning of this holy object then, if we wish, we can visit the temple in person and experience it for ourselves in November. (See our brochure for details) This is like the way spiritual realisations develop, first understanding by listening and contemplating, and then experiencing directly in our heart.

The Teacher for this class

The ‘Exploring Buddhism’ class is led by our resident teacher, Gen Kelsang Khechog.

Known for his thoughtful nature, Gen Khechog presents Buddha’s teachings with relatable clarity, showing how to connect these beautiful meditations with the realities of modern daily life.
