About this course
Do you ever find certain people triggering, draining, or hard to be around? Challenging interactions can easily unsettle your peace of mind and leave you feeling stressed or frustrated long after the moment has passed.
This course explores practical Buddhist methods for developing real patience - not passivity, but a calm, steady strength that prevents others’ behaviour from disturbing your inner peace. Through guided meditations and clear explanations, you’ll learn how to transform your mind from irritation to stability, and respond to challenging people with more clarity and confidence.
You will:
Understand why difficult people affect you so strongly
Learn methods to remain calm and centred under pressure
Develop patience as an inner strength, not a forced effort
If you’d like to handle challenging people with more ease and less emotional fallout, this course offers practical tools to help you stay peaceful and in control.
The Teacher for this course
This half day course will be led by our resident teacher, Gen Kelsang Khechog.
