About this course
Do you feel worn out after the busyness of Christmas, or find it hard to switch off and settle your mind? When life has been full, your ability to relax, think clearly, and feel balanced can easily be affected.
On this half‑day course you’ll learn simple meditations that help you unwind, release tension, and restore focus so you can step into the new year feeling lighter and more positive. You can join whether you’re completely new to meditation or already have experience - you’ll be guided gently through each step.
You will:
Experience reliable methods for relaxing your body and mind
Strengthen your ability to stay calm and centred

The Teacher for this course
This half day course will be led by our resident teacher, Gen Kelsang Khechog.
Known for his thoughtful nature, Gen Khechog presents Buddha’s teachings with relatable clarity, showing how to connect these beautiful meditations with the realities of modern daily life.
